In April 2026, Zhejiang Zhiteng Plastics launched mass production of its new multi‑functional PVC insulating protective film, which exclusively uses the environmentally friendly DINCH plasticizer and has obtained a full suite of RoHS and REACH compliance test reports. The product combines high transparency, puncture resistance, and excellent thermal stability, making it ideally suited for high‑voltage wiring harnesses in new‑energy vehicles and for protecting electronic components. In the first quarter, exports of PVC industrial insulating films to Southeast Asia and Europe increased by 37% year over year.
